FAQ
What is an art ceramic?
An art ceramic is an exceptional piece crafted using traditional artisanal techniques. Each creation is unique, conceived as a functional or decorative work of art. Our collections celebrate French craftsmanship, French ceramics, timeless elegance, and excellence in finishing.
How can I purchase a ceramic piece?
You can place an order directly through our online shop on our website. Simply add the items of your choice to your cart and follow the payment instructions.
Alternatively, you can purchase them in person at 32 rue Monsieur le Prince, 75006 Paris.
Are your ceramics handmade? Where are your ceramics made?
Yes, all our pieces are entirely handmade in France, in our workshops located in Paris and Brittany. From sculpting to glazing, each step is carefully carried out by ceramic artist Karen Swami. This approach ensures the authenticity and uniqueness of every object.
Can your ceramics be used on a daily basis?
Our art ceramics are designed for decorative, non-functional use.
Is it possible to order a custom ceramic piece?
No, we do not accept custom orders from individuals. We create bespoke pieces exclusively in collaboration with interior designers and luxury houses.

How should I care for ceramic pieces?
To clean your piece, simply wipe it gently with a slightly damp cloth. However, for the Kintsugi and Palmyre collections, we recommend using a dry cloth, taking care not to rub the gold detailing too much.
Do you offer ceramic workshops or classes?
Yes, we regularly organize ceramic workshops and classes through our ceramic school, “Les Ateliers de Karen” .
Visit our “Pottery Class” page for dates and registration details.
